About us
Apex Painting Inc. was established as a sole proprietorship in 1979 by Richard Mulholland. Our business grew steadily and at the end of 1982 employed five full time painters and had three vans. By December of 1987 we employed 25 full time painters and had a fleet of ten vans. At present we have 20 persons in management office and 75 painters with a fleet of 30 vans.
