At the age of 12 ron williams started working on roof inspections with his father. he was a roofing foreman by the age of 17 and worked with several roofing companies in central california for 10 years. eventually ron moved into a sales management position then onto operations management for a commercial roofing company in santa cruz. in 1991 williams started his own roofing company and roof inspection business in the central valley.
