Ruiz brothers construction co. was founded in 1979 by three brothers frank e. ruiz oscar r. ruiz and ernesto r ruiz. all three brothers had a common and passionate dream of providing complete building services to the communities of southern california. in 1982 oscar ruiz one of the founders was killed in a tragic car accident leaving the other two brothers to carry on the family dream. since then ruiz brothers construction co. has become a well established and reputable construction company in the community.
