Work history. We research all the permit’s made by the contractor. Such as their quantity, cost rates, descriptions and more.

Licenses & Reputation. Since security is always first, we gather license numbers, user’s reviews, ratings and the contractor reputation online.

All supply and return ductwork is to be insulated with R 6 bubble wrap in basement and R 8 in attic. Also. all ductwork and transitions are to be sealed with mastic sealant or UL approved mastic tape.Purchase and install brown floor registers for 1st floor Hydro Air system.Purchase and install white ceiling diffusers for 2nd and 3rd floor Hydro Air systems.Connect newly installed Heat Pex to Hydronic Coils for three Units.Purchase and install three rib relays for proper function of thermostats and boiler control.Test all AC equipment and Line Sets with 300psi of nitrogen.Evacuate all moisture from newly installed systems and open service valves.Check for proper R 410A refrigerant levels and add if needed.Balance rooms accordingly using dampers on trunk line.Please be aware exact location of all registers and diffusers have not been chosen yet but these locations must be approved by EPH as well as homeowner.
