Basic info. We evaluate and verify the contractor basic info such as it’s company name, address, website and more.

Work history. We research all the permit’s made by the contractor. Such as their quantity, cost rates, descriptions and more.

Licenses & Reputation. Since security is always first, we gather license numbers, user’s reviews, ratings and the contractor reputation online.

Revision to existing permit fire reviewer initially had requested a high and low vent in the medical gas closet but upon further review we learned this requirement is for higher volumes of medical gasses than are a part of this project. please see letter submitted no ventilation is required at this room per code. this revision has been reviewed by danny boncich (danny.boncich@denvergov.org) our mechanical reviewer it needs to be checked in and re reviewed by our fire reviewer.
