What is it?

A fact-based scoring system. Based on factual information and relevant statistics, including the contractor’s work history, reviews, and business reputation.

After a rigorous analysis of each contractor we determine a score that ensures quality, security and experience.

Intuitive ranking system. A percentage-based score ranks every contractor on a 0 to 100 scale using advanced algorithms and statistical techniques to compare all the information and determine each Kukun Score.

How it works?

The Kukun Score is defined in a three phase process. Gathering basic info, researching for the contractor's work history and consulting licenses and online reputation. We synthesize all this info to create a score so you can feel free to choose your contractor with trust.

Basic info. We evaluate and verify the contractor basic info such as it’s company name, address, website and more.

Work history. We research all the permit’s made by the contractor. Such as their quantity, cost rates, descriptions and more.

Licenses & Reputation. Since security is always first, we gather license numbers, user’s reviews, ratings and the contractor reputation online.

About Rendezvous Custom Homes:

Rendezvous Custom Homes was started in September of 2011 with the objective of providing clients with a unique building experience. We Paul Wetzel and Jeff Jeppesen have a combined forty two years of experience. We have taken the positives accumulated during our careers and combined them with the practices that we believe provide a better product at an appealing price point.
